The A tavola Cooking School is based at Pizzini Wines cellar door in the King Valley.
Katrina Pizzini leads hand-on, immersive classes in a purpose built kitchen overlooking cellar door and will leave participants feeling empowered and inspired by the end of each session.
The cooking school offers a range of different classes where you can learn to make soft, pillowy gnocchi and perfect pasta; or restaurant quailty risotto and ravioli. Italian street food, pastries and sweets and plus other specialty classes are also available.
Each on-site cooking class also includes a tutored wine tasting experience at cellar door, plus a delicious lunch and glass of wine so that you can enjoy the food you have prepared.
