Whether you're spending a few days in town and need a place to catch up on emails or explore digital resources, look no further than the Benalla Library.

More than just a place to borrow books, Benalla Library offers free membership with access to resources from over 300 locations across Victoria. Patrons can borrow books, magazines, DVDs, and audio books. The library's digital collection can be accessed anywhere and include: BorrowBox, uLibrary, Overdrive/Libby, Hoopla, CloudSource, Creativebug, and Storybox.

They offer free access to public computers (with Ancestry Library Edition for genealogical research), free scanning up to A3 in size, and free Wi-Fi. Printing and faxing services are also available. For your convenience, there is a mobile device charging station.

The library offers a home library service for those unable to visit in person. Regularly scheduled events are posted on our Facebook page, and the monthly "What's On" programme is available at the library and online.

Conveniently located in the heart of the CBD, Benalla Library is close to other attractions including Lake Benalla, and Benalla Visitor Information Centre, as well as nearby cafes and retail outlets.
